Cancellation and Refunds policy

At AI Pro Café, we strive to provide a seamless on-demand AI experience. However, if you are not satisfied or need to cancel, please refer to our refund guidelines below:

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 4 hours of the session are non-refundable, as your slot is reserved and resources are allocated.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

• If you experience technical issues during your session caused by our system, we will either issue a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method.
